It's possible that the device already has the Lync software installed on the inactive partition and in that scenario the device will not attempt to downloadĪny updates as it will never install the same version on both partitions. Do you have the latest ucupdates package for the Tanjay installed and approved in Lync?Īnother thing you can try is to try and see what version of software is on the other partition.
